Arthur Swann, Jemima's husband is ( according to my family tree program) my 3rd cousin 2 times removed and you're right, it is his line I'm researching.

interestingly when I was trying to find the marriage of James and Ann, I looked at the 1851 & 1841 to try to find an approximate date. When I found they were already married in 1841, I assumed that the marriage to Ann Wheat Reg Jun 1841 Billesdon 15 79 was too late and he must have been married to Ann Humberston Reg Sep 1840 Blaby 15 82. After seeing several trees on Ancestry which said he was married to Ann Wheat I looked again and discovered firstly that the 1841 census was later than usual, being taken in June and secondly that in 1841 James and Ann were living next door to George Wheat and family ( possibly Ann's family ?)
